About Meda
Monika joined our team right after her BSc thesis defense. Currently is studying in MSc. Molecular biology programme (VU). She is working both with bacteria and mammalian cell lines, cell sample preparation for microscopy, and cloning. Also, she is working on SM fluorescence microscopy, data analysis, labelling of biomolecules and protein purification. Monika defended her MSc thesis on 2025 spring and then went to USA using the Professional Internship program that she got from the Baltic American Freedom Foundation.
